We build AI for the world’s ISPs.
Beegol is an AI platform that delivers real-time, end-to-end network diagnostics and self-healing—so operators fix problems faster, reduce costs, and delight subscribers. Our embedded CPE agent streams rich telemetry and commands the right tests at the right time, giving operations, care, and sales teams the data they need to act with confidence.
What we do
Operations: AI agents detect root causes in access, transport, and Wi-Fi—triage incidents fast, dispatch field techs only when needed, and create precise tickets.
Customer Care: One dashboard shows live device, Wi-Fi, and network status to agents—boosting first-call fixes and slashing truck rolls.
Sales: Our AI spots who needs mesh Wi-Fi, speed upgrades, or new phones—turning every call into smart sales growth.
Our customers report outcomes such as 25% fewer unproductive visits, 40% optimization in Wi-Fi maintenance, and a one-third reduction in resolution time for mass events.
How it Works?
At the edge, the Beegol Agent runs on broadband gateways/CPE, collecting time-aligned telemetry and running targeted tests. In the cloud, our machine learning engine correlates signals across devices, homes, and the end-to-end network to detect, diagnose, and often self-heal issues automatically. We integrate with leading open CPE stacks such as prplMesh to enable remote, accurate diagnoses and faster recovery.
Built with the ecosystem
Beegol interoperates with major broadband chipsets and CPE vendors and is designed to plug into existing OSS/BSS, care tools, and field-service workflows—so operators see value quickly without heavy lifts.
Our mission
Keep the world connected by making broadband predictable, self-healing, and customer-first. When networks can see themselves—and act—we all get a better internet.
